Yadir Torres is a young singer-songwriter from Guadalajara, Jalisco. His passion for music comes from his grandfather, who had a mariachi group and invited him to sing.
He has ventured into genres such as ranchero, banda and sierreño, learning to play guitar, bajo quinto, tololoche and composing with accordion. He composed his first song at the age of 13.
In addition to music, he studies civil engineering and dedicates his free time to composition with friends and family.
He made his professional debut in 2023 with the live album "A MI ESTILO", which includes sierreñas versions of songs that are meaningful to him.
He likes to write songs about heartbreak, based on personal experiences, which she presents month after month on digital platforms.
